These terms are between you and [Business name] (ABN [number]). By using BayShareOz you agree to them.

1. What BayShareOz is

BayShareOz is a marketplace. Hosts offer private parking bays and drivers book them. BayShareOz is not the owner or operator of any bay and is not a party to the arrangement between host and driver, except for taking payment on the host's behalf.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your account secure. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Hosts

• You must own the bay or have permission to rent it, including any strata or council approval needed.
• Your listing must be accurate (location, size, access, availability).
• You must keep the bay free and accessible for the booked time.
• You complete payout setup with Stripe and agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement.
• We charge a host commission (currently [15]%) on each booking.
• You're responsible for any tax on your earnings.

4. Drivers

• Park only in the booked bay and only for the booked time.
• Follow the host's access notes and road rules.
• Overstaying may result in extra charges at the bay's hourly rate [confirm policy] and removal from BayShareOz.
• We charge a service fee (currently [10]%) on each booking.

5. Payments, cancellations and refunds

• Drivers pay when they book. Hosts are paid by Stripe after the booking.
• Drivers can cancel for a full refund up to [1] hour before the start time. After that, no refund unless the bay was unavailable.
• If a host cancels or the bay is blocked, the driver gets a full refund. Repeated host cancellations may lead to removal.

6. Vehicles, property and liability

• Vehicles are parked at the driver's own risk. Hosts are not responsible for theft or damage unless caused by their negligence.
• Drivers are responsible for damage they cause to the host's property.
• To the extent the law allows, BayShareOz is not liable for loss or damage arising from bookings. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Reports and disputes

Use "Report a problem" in the app. We'll review reports and may issue refunds, charge for damage where agreed, or suspend accounts.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app. Continuing to use BayShareOz means you accept the changes.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
